SO HOW DO WE PROMOTE YOU?

Before we can promote your child to our clients it is essential that we receive all your completed registration, licence, school and doctor’s forms to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your registration details.

We have longstanding relationships with over a thousand clients who constantly use our website at the first instance to source models who may be suitable for a job. We regularly contact clients, both new and old with updates of models, supplying them with your child’s portfolio and measurement details.

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

We receive breakdowns for jobs from clients on a daily basis for a variety of modeling assignments, film and TV work. Depending on the age group and criteria requested by our client, we will forward details of all models that are suitable.

If we feel your child meets our client’s requirements for an assignment we will send your child’s portfolio that includes photographs and measurement details directly to our client. At this stage, due to the time involved, we will not get in touch with you before submitting your child to a client as we always presume your child is available for work unless you have advised us otherwise.

It is therefore important that you inform us when your child is not available, E.g. holidays, exams or for medical reasons, as it can become embarrassing for us to suggest a child only to find that they’re not able to do the casting on the dates required.

Once submitted, our client will look at our selection of portfolios forwarded to them and if they feel they would like to see any of our suggestions they will then contact us and arrange to see your child at a casting. We will then contact you, giving you details of the job, and advise you of the time and location of the casting.

WARNING!!! IT CAN BE HARD WORK!

Child modeling can be tough with you and your child having to attend many castings in locations in and around London before being chosen for a job.

Dedication by parent and child is required for child modeling. If a model is to succeed the parent must be reliable, punctual and efficient. No matter how good a child may be, they must have the backing of a responsible adult who is able to be flexible and take them along to castings, often at very short notice. Please also be aware that although a child’s education is obviously of highest priority, occasionally times for casting and jobs can unavoidably clash with school hours. When applicable we always endeavour to obtain an audition fee for you, however, sometimes the client may not be offering an audition fee, which would mean all expenses are payable by you. Although the experience of castings is great for the child, the financial reward is little or none. Please note that no agency, ourselves included, can guarantee work for your child. Although we would not accept you onto the books if we did not feel we would be able to get work for you, ultimately it is the clients, casting directors and ad agencies who make the final decisions on each assignment. Following the casting, if your child gets selected for a modeling job in a commercial, TV, film etc the money will reflect the amount of work they do. Depending on the role this can on occasion be very rewarding, however, we must stipulate, please DO NOT get involved in child modeling if all you are after is financial reward.
